EuroSoccerSchool with American Touch
ESS coaches have been involve with coaching soccer for more than a combined total of 75 years.They are USSF and NSCAA licensed coaches.Their playing background helps in understanding what a player experiences during the development of a player's knowledge and skills of soccer.The ESS coaching staff are very involved with each player's education and identification with the Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA) and Olympic Development Program (ODP).
ESS Consultants are integral, external entities providing ESS with an expertise outside of the traditional coaching processes. ESS consultants bring a player's experience and knowledge of self (and the game of soccer) "up a notch", allowing them to attain their individual potential.

Matt Badiee
Matt Badiee has been a resident of Virginia for 20 years.After playing two season for professional soccer clubs in Saarbruken, Germany (F.C. Saarbruken Bundesleiga) and Dudweiler, Germany (F.C Dudweiler Bundesliga), he came to NOVA and played in the NVSL for ten years.He has been married to his wife Lori for over 16 years and both are involved in raising their two sons, Vincent and Ivan, both who enjoy the game of soccer
Matt Badiee, Director of coaching for ESS, is USSF "A" and NSCAA Premier licensed. He also holds a KNVB Coach Trainer Level II and Advanced Coaching License from Brazil CBF.He was recently selected as the 2003 VYSA Coach of the Year by the Virginia Youth Soccer Association. Matt is currently the Head Coach for the 1989 Boys State ODP team and the Stafford Soccer Club U-14 Vipers (NCSL).
On March 25, 2004, The Majestics of the Northern Virginia Women's Soccer league announced Matt as the Head Coach for the 2004 season.
